Chocolate Covered Cherry Delight

1/2 cup frozen dark bing cherries

1/2 cup almond milk

1 tbs. Cocoa (if you don't like chocolate then leave this out and use vanilla protein powder instead. You'll have a Creamy Dreamy Almond Cherry Delight!;)
 
1/2 cap Almond extract (this ingredient is important to have that same "flavor' that the candy has)

Stevia/Truvia to taste

1/3 cup old fashioned oats (if this is a snack and not a meal you can omit this ingredient)

6 ice cubes

1 scoop chocolate protein powder
          Blend and enjoy!!! I love this one! 

Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookie Shake


Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookie Shake”


  • 1 Tbs. Hersey's Special dark cocoa powder
  • 6-8 ice cubes depending on how thick you want it
  • ½ cup either coconut milk or Mint Chocolate coconut milk (I got this on clearance at Smith's just the other day. It's a seasonal item.)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (1 ½ scoops if you're a guy)
  • 1-3 drops of mint flavoring (only use this if you didn't use the Mint Chocolate milk)
  • Sweetener of choice
Blend together and crumble in 1 rice cake (watch the sugar on these. If you use the plain or lightly salted you will be ok) ENJOY!!
