Tbs. Hersey's Special dark cocoa powder
- 6-8
ice cubes depending on how thick you want it
- ½
cup either coconut milk or Mint Chocolate coconut milk (I got this on
clearance at Smith's just the other day. It's a seasonal item.)
- 1
scoop chocolate protein powder (1 ½ scoops if you're a guy)
- 1-3
drops of mint flavoring (only use this if you didn't use the Mint
Chocolate milk)
- Sweetener
of choice
Blend
together and crumble in 1 rice cake (watch the sugar on these. If you
use the plain or lightly salted you will be ok) ENJOY!!!
